I really shouldn't say given because the buyer has to work several hours on someone else's home before even beginning to work on their own home. Sweat equity is probably one of the main keys to the success of the Habitat for Humanity's program. It is amazing how good it feels to do something for someone else. I can say I truly appreciate working for Windermere Real Estate/Tri-Cities. This company knows how to give back to its community and have fun while doing it!
